Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

في VizioLuxSA، رضا العملاء هو أولويتنا القصوى. نحرص على تقديم منتجات عالية الجودة وتجربة تسوق موثوقة. وفي حال عدم رضاكم عن عملية الشراء، فإن سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد لدينا مصممة لتكون واضحة وعادلة.

شروط الاسترجاع

يمكن طلب استرجاع المنتج في الحالات التالية:

  • أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح وفي تغليفه الأصلي

  • تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب

  • ألا يكون المنتج متضرراً بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو التلف الناتج عن الاستعمال

بعض المنتجات قد تكون غير قابلة للاسترجاع لأسباب صحية أو تتعلق بالسلامة، وسيتم توضيح ذلك في صفحة المنتج.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

في حال استلام:

  • منتج تالف

  • منتج به عيب مصنعي

  • منتج غير مطابق للطلب

يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور أو فيديو واضح، وسيتم مراجعة الطلب وترتيب الاستبدال أو الاسترداد حسب الحالة.

عملية الاسترداد

  • بعد فحص المنتج والموافقة على الاسترجاع، سيتم تنفيذ الاسترداد خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل

  • يتم الاسترداد عبر طريقة الدفع الأصلية

  • رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حال كان الخطأ من جانبنا

شحن الإرجاع

  • يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج تالفاً أو خاطئاً

  • نوصي باستخدام شركة شحن توفر رقم تتبع

إلغاء الطلب

يمكن إلغاء الطلب فقط قبل الشحن. بعد إرسال الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه.
